Abstract:Objective: To investigate the feasibility of laparoscopic endoscopic cooperative dissection for small gastric gastrointestinal stromal tumors without injury the mucosa. Methods: 15 cases of patients with small gastric gastrointestinal stromal tumors from January, 2015 to October, 2016 were treated with intraoperative endoscopy, locate and submucosal injection, then the gastric serous layer is cut open and tumor was removed without injury the mucosa in laparoscope. And their clinical dates were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 15 cases of patients with small gastric gastrointestinal stromal tumors were successfully completed the operation, without any conversion to open surgery because of the intraoperative complications. 7 female and 8 male were brought into this study, and the age of these patients is (60.2±9.8) years. Operation time was (53.4±15.8) min, and the intraoperative bleeding was(19.7±13.3)ml. The gastric tube was pulled out on the day of operation, Postoperative liquid diet recovery time was (1.6±0.5)d, and the postoperative hospitalization time was (3.3 0.6) d; No postoperative complications occurred. Conclusion: This novel surgery for small gastric gastrointestinal stromal tumors has satisfactory short-term outcomes, and meets the idea of minimally invasive surgery and rapid recovery. Maybe it is a new choice for the treatment of small gastric gastrointestinal stromal tumor.
