Magnetical Controlled Capsule Gastroscopy，also known as "cruise capsule gastroscope" ，is a kind of capsule endoscopy and mainly controlled by magnetic field,with the advantage of comfort, safety, without anesthesia, no cross-infection and so on.A number of studies have confirmed that the diagnostic accuracy of MCCG for gastric diseases is highly consistent with that of traditional electronic endoscopy and MCCG is a useful supplement for electronic gastroscopy. It will play an increasingly important role in the early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment of gastric cancer in our country.This article mainly reviews the feasibility,safety,limitation and the future developmend prospect of MCCG in gastric disease examination.
