Abstract:[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical manifestation, diagnosis and endoscopic manifestations of gastrointestinal sarcoidosis. Methods We reviewed relevant literature and reported one interesting case developed stomach, duodenum, small intestine and parotid gland involvement of sarcoidosis. Results Among the literatures reported between 1981 and 2018, there were a total of 41 cases involving the gastrointestinal from both home and abroad.The clinical symptoms included abdominal pain (21 cases), vomiting (10 cases), weight loss (9 cases), jaundice (4 cases) and gastrointestinal hemorrhage (4 cases). Among them, 21 cases were confirmed by endoscopy and 11 cases were diagnosed by laparotomy. Conclusion Sarcoidosis is a systemic granulomatous disease, which is rare involved the gastrointestinal tract. The diagnosis should be combined with the history, symptoms, endoscopic and pathological findings. Endoscopic multiple biopsy is a crucial means to make a definitive diagnosis.
