Abstract:Gastric hamartomatous inverted polyp (GHIP) is a rare form of gastric polyp,which are difficult to diagnose preoperatively and usually depend on histopathological diagnosis。There are tow types of hamartomatous inverted polyps by endoscope:“SMT type”and “polyp type”,Endoscopic ultrasonography revealed a heterogeneous tumor,with anechoic area and calcification inside,Sand most of the tumor was located in the submucosal layer or muscularis mucosae。 On histopathological examination, the tumor was characterized by the downward growth of hyperplastic mucosal components into the submucosal layer,hypertrophic pseudopyloric gland proliferation,cystic gland dilatation and smooth-muscle bundles were located inthe submucosal layer。There are three cases diagnosed In the Beijing Friendship Hospital of Capital Medical University,Through these cases and literature review,we discuss the diagnoses and treatments。
