In recent years, the technology of digestive endoscopy has been developing constantly, playing an increasingly important role in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive tract diseases. Among them, tunnel endoscopy is a technology developed based on endoscopic submucosal dissection and natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery. TE has expanded the indications of digestive endoscopy treatment and provided new ways for the treatment of many diseases. This paper reviews the progress of the clinical application of TE.
