Stomach is the most frequent site of xanthoma. In recent years, xanthoma in esophagus, duodenum, colorectal and even throat have been reported in a single site, but simultaneous involvement of esophagus, stomach, duodenum and colon is rare. This paper reports a case of xanthoma with multiple esophagus and gastrointestinal tract, continuous large sheet stomach and whole stomach involvement.
