Abstract:Infected pancreatic necrosis and Disconnected pancreatic duct syndrome are the main complications of Acute Necrotising Pancreatitis ,which often lead to increased length of hospital stay and mortality. At present, the early diagnosis of IPN is still difficult, and the timing and mode of IPN intervention are still controversial. DPDS is a complication that is often overlooked by clinicians, and its diagnosis is often delayed, increasing the treatment cycle and treatment cost of DPDS. This article will introduce the new progress of IPN intervention timing and intervention methods, and the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment strategies of DPDS.
