Abstract:Pancreatic pseudocyst is a common complication of acute and chronic pancreatitis, and its treatment often requires multidisciplinary participation. At present, there are some problems in the treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst, such as inconsistent therapeutic concept, unclear intervention timing, and imperfect treatment of complications. Based on the latest domestic and foreign evidence-based medical evidence, this consensus has formed a total of 30 recommendations in 10 categories, including the definition and classification of pancreatic pseudocysts, imaging and endoscopic diagnosis, and treatment indications, to standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment process of pancreatic pseudocysts, and to promote the new comprehensive treatment technology based on endoscopic interventional therapy.
