Abstract:There have been few reports presented primary gastrointestinal lymphoma along with gastrointestinal carcinoma. We herein reported a case of monomorphic epitheliotropic intestinal t-cell lymphoma (MEITL) concurring with multiple primary malignancies of rectal cancer, and subsequently review relative literature. The patient died after a 8-month follow-up. The combination of MEITL with secondary cancer of rectal cancer is rare and highly malignant, and there is no relevant report at present. Clinical findings should not be limited to colorectal cancer, but the diagnosis of more severe MEITL should be emphasized.
