This paper systematically reviewed and summarized the new progress in minimally invasive resection in the field of digestive endoscopy during 2023, including endoscopic treatment of esophageal, gastric, duodenal, colorectal lesions, tunnel endoscopy, endoscopic full-thickness resection, complication management, artificial intelligence, instruments and equipment innovation, and put forward future development directions on this basis.
