    摘要:

    报道一例通过胆囊穿刺引流管会师行ERCP治疗消化道重建术后的胆道结石并梗阻，结合其诊疗过程，分析该技术特点及难点，为消化道重建术后患者的ERCP困难插管提供新的解决思路。

    Abstract:

    In this case report, we resolved biliary obstruction with surgically altered anatomy using the rendezvous technique via a gallbladder drainage tube for ERCP. We analyze the technical characteristics and challenges of this method, providing new solutions for difficult cannulation in patients with surgically altered anatomy.
