Abstract:On February 24, 2024, the "50th 'Friendship' Endoscopic Salon - ERCP Session" was successfully held in Kunming, Yunnan Province. This salon fostered lively discussions centered on endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of biliary and pancreatic diseases, adhering to the principles of equality, positivity, and progress. Numerous experts in the field of domestic gastroenterology were invited to participate in the specialized discussions. Each attendee prepared one successful and/or one unsuccessful case, adopting a case discussion format to engage in extensive and in-depth discussions on topics of common interest in minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic and biliary diseases both domestically and internationally. This article summarizes the minutes of the meeting, outlining the key points and difficulties discussed, and collating and summarizing expert consensuses.
